Is there a free version?

Yes. The Free Tier lets you add, edit, and delete manual transactions to start budgeting. You can upgrade to Pro at any time.

What do I get with Pro?

Unlimited categories and vendors, manual credit card expense tracking, insights & reports, data import, and exports.

How does billing work?

Pro is $9.99 USD/month and auto-renews until canceled. Taxes may apply. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period. No partial refunds. Charges are processed by Stripe; your card statement shows SEABIRD SOLUTIONS.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Three options:

  • In app: Help → Tickets → Submit Cancellation Ticket
  • Stripe Customer Portal: While logged in, Utilities → Accounts → Stripe Customer Portal → Manage → Cancel subscription
  • Email: support@seabird.biz (we’ll verify your identity and cancel)

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds.

Don’t recognize a charge?

Your card statement shows SEABIRD SOLUTIONS as the descriptor. If you don’t recognize it:

  • Check if someone in your household started a subscription.
  • Check for another email address you might have used.
  • Contact support@seabird.biz from the billing email and we’ll investigate and, if you wish, stop future renewals.

We typically respond within one business day. We will never ask for your bank or card logins, PIN, one-time passcodes, or Social Security number.
